Thank you for choosing Serene Beauty🤎 ~Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy~ • I understand situations happen therefore clients can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before their appointment, with the understanding they will lose their non refundable deposit. •All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. •Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. •Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through my website or dm. ~Late Arrival Policy~ • If you anticipate being late, please notify me through dm. •All Clients Receive a 15 minute grace period.
