Thank you for choosing Serene Beauty🤎 ~Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy~ • I understand situations happen therefore clients can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before their appointment, with the understanding they will lose their non refundable deposit. •All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. •Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. •Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through my website or dm. ~Late Arrival Policy~ • If you anticipate being late, please notify me through dm. •All Clients Receive a 15 minute grace period. After 15 min, Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled & your card on file will be charged 50% of remaining balance service. ~Services~ •I do not offer foreign lash fills. •Come to your lash appointment with no makeup, also for facials! •No children allowed. •I have no chair inside my room, extra guest can be seated in the waiting room. ~No show policy~ •Clients who no show without prior notice, will be charged 50% of their total. ~After hour/Squeeze in fees~ •Appointments requested on short notice that require me to rearrange my schedule or fit you into a full day may be subject to a $25 Squeeze In Fee.
